All promotional bonuses at isac88 are subject to wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited if requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
All transactions at isac88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your name. Withdrawals will be returned to the original deposit source where applicable.
Collusion, use of automated tools, arbitrage, and exploitation of software errors are strictly prohibited at isac88. Violations will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds without prior notice.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and isac88. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific document and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the isac88 platform at isac88.win and all associated products and services. 1.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and isac88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at isac88.win.
1.2 By registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager on the isac88 platform, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the isac88 platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all game-specific rules and promotion terms.
1.3 These Terms shall apply continuously from the date of account registration and shall remain in full force until the account is closed by you or by isac88 in accordance with the provisions herein.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an isac88 Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. isac88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where this requirement cannot be confirmed.
3.2 Single Account. Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the isac88 Platform. Household members sharing an IP address or payment method may be required to complete additional verification. The Company reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and to void any wagers placed through them.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 Restricted Jurisdictions. You represent that your use of the isac88 Platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or order in your jurisdiction of residence. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited must not register an Account. isac88 bears no liability for your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.
3.5 KYC Verification. isac88 may at any time require you to complete KYC procedures, including submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your isac88 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4.2 All activity conducted through your Account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You agree to notify isac88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.3 isac88 will never request your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from isac88 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
4.4 isac88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where 2FA was available but not enabled by the Account holder.
5.1 Currency. All Account transactions on the isac88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a payment method involves a foreign currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
5.2 Deposit Methods. isac88 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks. Available methods may change without prior notice. You must use payment methods registered in your own name — third-party payment arrangements are not permitted.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Deposit page of the Platform and are subject to change. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to your Account.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Where a deposit was made via a specific payment method, isac88 may require the withdrawal to be returned to the same method up to the amount of the original deposit. Processing times vary by payment method and are stated on the Withdrawal page.
5.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. isac88 reserves the right to levy a monthly maintenance fee of MYR 20 on inactive Account balances after written notice has been issued to the registered email address. Balances that fall to zero following fee deduction may result in Account closure.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by isac88 are subject to specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and time limits set out in the applicable promotion terms. Promotion terms supplement but do not replace these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
6.3 Abuse. isac88 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused promotional offers — including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage strategies specifically targeting bonus terms, or engaging in matched betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
6.4 Expiry. Unclaimed or unused bonus amounts that expire in accordance with the applicable promotion terms will be forfeited without further notice.
7.1 All games on the isac88 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
7.2 Palpable Errors. isac88 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was offered or accepted as the result of a manifest error — including but not limited to: incorrect odds, incorrect game parameters, or software malfunction. The Company's decision on manifest errors is final.
7.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a game round being interrupted due to a disconnection or technical failure, the outcome of the round will be determined by the Platform's server-side records. isac88 does not accept liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. All games and sportsbook markets are subject to minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed on the Platform. isac88 reserves the right to modify these limits at its discretion.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the isac88 Platform and will result in Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:
8.2 isac88 cooperates with relevant law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect illegal conduct, it may freeze Account funds, provide Account information to authorities, and/or take civil or criminal legal action.
9.1 All content on the isac88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text — is the exclusive property of isac88 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, redistribute, frame, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of isac88.
10.1 The isac88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, isac88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 isac88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, gaming losses, interruption of service, or unauthorised access to your Account where the breach was not caused by the Company's own negligence.
10.3 In any event, isac88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 Your use of the isac88 Platform is also governed by the isac88 Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of data for identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where separately consented to).
12.1 isac88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides Players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.
12.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude from the isac88 Platform may do so by accessing the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings or by contacting isac88 support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During the self-exclusion period, the Player will not be eligible to re-register or receive any marketing communications from isac88.
12.3 Minor Protection. isac88 strictly prohibits access to the Platform by persons under the age of 21. If you are aware of a minor who has accessed the Platform, please contact isac88 support immediately. Account holders are responsible for ensuring that login credentials are not accessible to persons under 21 in their household.
13.1 isac88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud or money laundering; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) your request for self-exclusion; or (e) any other circumstance where isac88 reasonably determines that continued Account operation presents unacceptable risk to the Company or other Players.
13.2 Upon Account termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to you via the original deposit method subject to completion of KYC verification and isac88's satisfaction that no prohibited conduct has occurred.
13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting isac88 support. Account closure does not affect any obligations accrued prior to closure.
14.1 isac88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to you via email to your registered address or by a notice posted on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the isac88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the isac88 operating entity. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through the isac88 customer support escalation process.
15.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English.
15.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent isac88 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in connection with actual or threatened breach of these Terms.
